Okabe & Yamaguchi (hereinafter referred to as "our firm") is committed to establishing and maintaining the necessary information security management system in order to accurately handle and properly protect the information assets held by our firm in the course of its business, and hereby establishes and implements a basic policy on information security measures.

1. Compliance with laws and regulations

Our firm complies with applicable laws, regulations and other norms relating to information security.

2. Establishment of an information security management system

A management system necessary for the maintenance and improvement of information security is in place, and an information security administrator has been appointed to ensure that information security is properly maintained.

3. Thorough information security measures

Appropriate measures are taken to protect the information assets held by our firm in the course of its business against threats such as unauthorized access, leakage, alteration, loss, destruction and interference with use.

4. Response to accidents

Our firm strives to prevent information security incidents and, in the unlikely event of a breach of information security, works to resolve the incident, analyze its causes and prevent its recurrence.

5. Information security training and supervision

All lawyers and staff at our firm are provided with the knowledge and technical guidance necessary to maintain and improve information security, as well as appropriate supervision, in an effort to raise the level of information security.

6. Continuous improvement

We regularly check that our information Security Policy is complied with and continuously review and improve our information security measures.
