Okabe & Yamaguchi (hereinafter referred to as "our firm") has established the following Privacy policy for the handling of personal information at our firm and complies with it, together with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Information Protection Act") and other relevant laws and regulations.

If our firm receives any of the following requests from a person in relation to personal data in its possession, our firm will respond to the request in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act, after confirming that the request is made by the person in question or his/her representative.
