Apr. 1979	Completed Legal Training and Research Institute, registered as a lawyer (Tokyo Bar Association) (31st term), joined Yoshida & Partners Practical training at law firms in London (Hill Taylor Dickinson / Ince & Co) and the U.S. (Kirlin, Campbell & Keeting / Lillick McHose & Charles and at P&I Clubs (Britannia / UK Club)
Jan. 1987	Established Okabe Law Firm (now Okabe & Yamaguchi)
